Optional Quran Classes
Enhance your summer experience with our specialized Quran courses:
Quran Recitation & Tajweed
- Focus: Improving recitation and mastering Tajweed.
- Eligibility: Open to all levels, no experience needed.
- Class Size: Up to 6 students per group.
The Quran program runs from Monday to Thursday and offers two session timings: 2:00 PM – 2:50 PM and 3:00 PM – 3:50 PM. Participants have the flexibility to choose either one or both sessions.
For Quran classes, at least 4 students are needed to start the lesson.

New students will receive an email to schedule an online placement test via Zoom to determine their level.

Where can I stay during the program?

What are some recommended sights and activities in Istanbul?

What is the difference between the program in Üsküdar and Başakşehir?
Academically: There is no difference between the program in Başakşehir and the one in Üsküdar. Both are under the same academic administration and follow the same standards.
The difference lies only in location and facilities.
In terms of location:
The Başakşehir program is on the European side, in the Başakşehir district, which is a modern area with a large Arab population, various markets, restaurants, and Arabic educational centers.
The Üsküdar program is on the Asian side, in the well-known Üsküdar district, which is a historic area with many tourist attractions, heritage sites, and old mosques.
In terms of facilities and buildings:
The Başakşehir program is held at the new Ibn Haldun University campus, which features modern buildings and advanced technological facilities.
The Üsküdar program takes place at the historic Ahmadiyya School, offering a traditional and historical atmosphere with classic-style classrooms.
Are refreshments provided during breaks?
Unfortunately, refreshments are not provided during breaks. We encourage students to bring their own snacks or drinks if they wish.
What is the cancellation policy?
You are eligible for a 50% refund if you cancel your registration before the program starts. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided once the program has commenced.
Is there a minimum number of students required per class?
Yes, for Arabic language classes, a minimum of 6 students is required for the lesson to take place. and a minimum of 4 students is required for the Quran lessons to take place.
Do you offer any program for younger learners?
We are working on establishing special classes for Young Hearts (ages 3-5) as part of our program in Başakşehir, Istanbul. If you are interested, please fill out the interest form:
